Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will be responsible for managing patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in the Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in NYS.
• Past Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outside normal hours and handle multiple priorities.
