Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our team at Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). In this role, you will provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families, adhering to the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Lead and direct assigned team members and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide patient/family-centered care focusing on physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment while upholding professional behavior standards.
- Contribute to a professional practice model through active participation, adherence to standards, and promoting clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in providing age/developmentally appropriate care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
