We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and families, assisting with daily living activities and understanding unique preferences.
• Update Individualized Service Plans and engage residents in enriching activities.
• Ensure resident safety, dining needs, and hospitality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.
