Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring residents' well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
