Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure residents' needs are met.
• Promote a safe and engaging environment, including compliance with safety regulations.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities based on individual profiles.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a team, make sound decisions, and prioritize residents' well-being.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
