Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and create a warm and engaging environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Promote a safe and supportive community environment for residents and team members.
• Deliver dining services with a focus on hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required depending on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
