Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have the privilege of brightening the lives of our residents by providing quality care and personalized services in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain safety standards and enrich residents' lives with engaging activities.
• Respond to dining needs while upholding Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
