Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking passionate Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and ensure each resident's unique preferences are met. Your role is vital in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and cater to individual needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments, and engage them in life enriching activities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with dining needs, maintain Sunrise hospitality standards, and support residents in various activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED, and relevant certifications as per state requirements.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and good judgment.
