• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to community standards.
• Create a friendly and inviting dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
