Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
  • Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
  • Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement through various activities.
  • Promote a hospitality-oriented and service-focused environment.
  • Collaborate with the community team to adhere to safety regulations and promote quality care.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
  • High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
  • Previous experience with seniors preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
