Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, attend to individual care needs, and enhance the lives of seniors through engaging activities and personalized assistance.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Provide assistance during dining and life enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications required per state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
