Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents’ safety, well-being, and engagement in activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Provide dining assistance and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
