Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and fostering a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by monitoring their needs.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
