As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. • Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
