Job Description

As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure a comfortable and engaging environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident well-being and safety.
• Participate in life enriching activities and programs.
• Maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
