Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being while promoting a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions in the residents' best interest.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
