Job Description

CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a Full-Time IT Maintenance and Auditing Technician in Akron, Ohio, to provide internal support for service contract clients. The ideal candidate should possess IT infrastructure management and monitoring skills and be passionate about technology and customer service. Responsibilities include conducting real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure, maintaining documentation, generating reports on system and network health, managing IT assets, responding to alerts, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
• IT infrastructure management and monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and understanding of IT security principles.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation

Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 yearly
