Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality, a renowned Hotel Project Management Company, is currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, the successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and executing hotel construction projects, contributing to the growth and success of Pyramid Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing multiple hotel projects
• Develop detailed project budgets for review by the executive team
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and hotel operational staff
• Coordinate design and construction teams, ensuring project schedules and quality standards are met
• Review and approve project documentation and payments
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and minimize delays
• Provide regular project status reports to management
• Perform other project-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience focusing on hotel renovation and new construction projects
• Willingness to travel as necessary for project requirements
