Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure a comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans and ensure monthly updates.
• Monitor residents' well-being and notify management of any changes in condition.
• Participate in life enriching activities and promote a safe and welcoming community environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications (where required).
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
