As a Caregiver, you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to a designated group of residents.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Support residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
