Sunrise Senior Living is seeking caring and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building relationships with seniors, attending to their individual care needs, and ensuring a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
