Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Recommend care adjustments based on changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Assist with life skills and enriching activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
