Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and creating a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and wellbeing throughout the shift.
• Support community compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
