Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. The Lead Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring quality care and services are provided to our residents. This position involves supervisory responsibilities, supporting team members, documenting care provided, and maintaining a safe environment while adhering to Sunrise policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, previous experience working with seniors, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Care Managers in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to residents.
  • Document care services accurately and ensure compliance with Sunrise policies.
  • Support team members during meal service and encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming.
  • Participate in onboarding new team members and maintain a safe environment for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED, with applicable certifications as per state regulations.
  • Medication Management Certificate required.
  • Previous experience in senior care and leadership competencies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in difficult situations.
