Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our compassionate team. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the community complies with safety regulations and promotes a supportive environment.
- Deliver dining services following Sunrise hospitality standards.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
