Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs.
- Document patient care accurately and assist the nursing team as needed.
- Support residents' comfort and well-being by following care plans and directions from supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid CNA certification.
- Empathy and compassion for geriatric patients.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
