Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oak Forest Health & Rehab Center. This part-time position offers day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, providing the opportunity to assist residents with various activities of daily living, ensure proper patient care records, and collaborate with the healthcare team under the direction of the charge nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support oral hygiene routines including denture care.
- Complete accurate patient care records and I and O documentation.
- Collaborate with the charge nurse for resident needs and treatments.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
- Compassionate care for geriatric patients.
- Ability to follow directions and attend required trainings and meetings.
