Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, assisting with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, adjusting care as needed.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Support dining and life enrichment activities, following Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• High School diploma/GED, CNA certification where required.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
