DIETARY MANAGER - BARCLAY AT SOUTHPARK

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Barclay at Southpark. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining services department, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, orientate, evaluate, and provide leadership to staff.
• Develop and maintain staffing and scheduling systems to ensure quality service.
• Create and maintain a productive work environment for employees.
• Organize day-to-day events and special functions, including menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding food service.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and supervise storage procedures.
• Address and resolve resident complaints regarding dining services.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certificate.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen/culinary food service operation.
• Knowledge of state and federal health inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
