Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time LPN to join our team in Champaign County. As a crucial member of our in-home developmental disability services for adults, you will provide compassionate care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Treat illnesses and injuries.
- Communicate with physicians, receive and implement orders.
- Participate in Admission and Discharge planning.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN License.
- Driver’s License, Valid Insurance, and HS Diploma/GED.
Compensation
- Starting pay of $26.50/hr.
- $3000 sign-on bonus.
- $3000 referral bonus.
- Paid Training.
