Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aids to join our team. As a Home Health Aid, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide quality care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, support daily living activities, and contribute to creating a vibrant and enriching environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming community environment, following safety regulations and promoting wellness programs.
- Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities to enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
