Home Health Aide at Sunrise Senior Living
Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Home Health Aide responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. The ideal candidate must hold a CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of MA.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in life enriching activities and multi-sensory experiences.
- Contribute to developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
