Job Description
Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant. At Sunrise, we prioritize providing quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Attend to individual care needs and preferences
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure resident safety and well-being
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest
Available Shifts
Part-Time: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Full-Time: 2pm-10pm, alternating weekends
