Job Description
Join Wise Landscaping in Dayton as a Licensed Lawncare Applicator to provide fertilization and weed control services for our commercial clients. This role offers growth opportunities within the company to managerial positions like Turf Manager and Associate Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Deliverables
- Deliver high-quality work consistently.
- Complete production within specified labor and material budgets.
- Stock and maintain the necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and follow safety protocols.
- Diagnose turf issues and propose enhancements.
- Maintain pesticide applicator license and attend continuing education.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and care.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Current applicator license and 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
- Proficiency in job management and fleet software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
