Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to lead a team of Care Managers in providing quality care and services to residents in our care neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of services in alignment with each resident's individualized Service Plan and Sunrise policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support and manage daily shift operations.
• Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services.
• Assist with meal service, document care provided, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in onboarding, safety practices, incident reporting, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors and demonstrated leadership competencies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Competent in computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
