Job Description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is currently looking for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team during evening shifts (3pm - 11pm). As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall, monitor patients, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their performance.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Notify physicians of emergencies and implement changes in orders.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as an LPN.
- Current, valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies.
- Ability to provide quality care to patients and follow medical instructions.
- CPR certification is required.
