• Document and report any medication errors promptly.
• Handle controlled substances and ensure proper shift change procedures.

Requirements

• Registered on the NA1 registry without allegations of abuse or neglect.
• Complete a state-approved training program with competency evaluation and orientation.
• Possess adequate communication and physical abilities to fulfill job duties.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various movements throughout the workday.
