Job Description
Join our team at Elizabethtown Healthcare & Rehab Center as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Liberty Healthcare Management. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients and their families. In this role, you will individualize treatment plans and utilize progressive modalities in a supportive environment to address various diseases and impairments.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding rehabilitation experiences.
- Create and personalize treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address a range of conditions.
- Receive local management support in an in-house therapy setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Licensed in the state of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) location.
- Previous SNF experience is preferred.
