Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Woodhaven. As a PTA, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehab services to patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to create individualized treatment plans and work with progressive modalities to address various conditions and diseases.

Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with a supportive team to ensure an excellent rehab experience for patients.
• Individualize treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• Collaborate with local management for in-house therapy support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• Previous experience in rehab SNF settings preferred.
