Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of products that meet stakeholder and customer requests
• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product considerations and alignment
• Establish Key Performance Indicators and Objectives, Key Results
• Build and prioritize product backlog to achieve goals
• Define functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and validate user story acceptance criteria
• Partner with business technology for technical features development
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related roles
