Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) in a part-time, day position. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care according to all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to deliver optimal patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and facility policies during shifts.
• Provide supervision and support to nursing staff during critical care situations.
• Address employee issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Perform any other assigned duties within the scope of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality nursing care, especially in geriatric nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
• Strong leadership skills to ensure proper completion of work assignments.
• Familiarity with and adherence to all relevant policies and regulations.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care is desirable.
