Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) at Southport Health and Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will supervise the nursing staff, ensure the best patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Facility to provide optimal patient care.
- Direct and coordinate the Nursing Services Department under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
- Assist nurses during acute episodes and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Handle employee issues promptly and fulfill on-call duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate with a valid Registered Nurse license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred.
- CPR certification and commitment to geriatric nursing.
- Ability to supervise and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Participation in in-service training and staff meetings as required.
