Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Group Sales Manager to join Black Desert Resort, a luxury destination located in Southern Utah's stunning landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through expert management of group sales accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and services to customer groups, manage accounts, and generate business.
• Prepare proposals, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Marketing for business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and liaise with departments to enhance market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, focusing on diverse market segments.
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic sales planning capabilities, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to travel as required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
