Job Description

In this full-time role, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, focusing on various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
