Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. As a full-time member of our Allied Health team, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of common issues. These include adjusting to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, coping with medical conditions, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
