Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a wide range of common challenges. This full-time position offers a day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Address various challenges faced by patients and families.
- Support patients in adjusting to institutional living.
- Offer counseling related to death and dying.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
