Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, and discharge planning. If you have a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) and preferably a Master's degree, with LCSW-C or LGSW certification, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
