Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
- Address common social and emotional challenges faced by patients.
- Assist with discharge planning and counseling related to end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW). Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
