Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a full-time Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, helping them navigate various challenges and life transitions.
Responsibilities
- Offer psychosocial support to patients and their families.
- Assess and address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
- Provide counseling on topics related to aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
