We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living, a luxurious continuing care retirement community in Union County, New Jersey. As part of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Compensation
Starting salary at $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 available.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen production and food preparation.
- Ensure accurate preparation and service of menu items.

- Oversee kitchen organization and sanitation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-service experience.
- Supervisory and coaching experience preferred.
- Culinary program graduate preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
